Return & Exchange

We do our best to make you satisfied with our products & services. All products must pass quality checks and cross-check before shipping. But in certain cases, you need to Return or Replace the product; aspects need to be taken care of.

REFUNDABLE

• Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only within 15 days after the delivery of the order.
• In the case of Returns/Exchange buyer will bear all the shipping and handling expenses.
• The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new with tags attached.
• Only defective items will be entertained for return and replacement.
• If the mistake is made by our manufacturing department, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
• You need to send photos of the defects before Return/Exchange.

NON-REFUNDABLE

Products sold in SALE & DISCOUNT are Non-Refundable unless the product has a defect.
Made to Measure & Full Customized Products are not refundable or exchangeable.
Worn or altered items can not be returned.

HOW TO RETURN?

If the product is eligible for Return/Exchange or Refund, please follow the instructions.

• First of all, get approval for Return/Exchange, Request a Return.
• Please mention your name, order number & email address, which is used to place an order. If the product is defective, please send photos of the defects.
• Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in the best possible way.
• We will provide a return address, Once you get the approval for Return/Exchange. When you return an item to us for your protection, we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

REFUND

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return.
• A refund will be made to your card, i.e., which was used to make the payment during the order.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
