• All our orders are made to order and directly shipped from our manufacturing unit in the United Kingdom.
• Regular-size orders are delivered to your doorstep within 10 to 12 working days after receiving and confirmation of your order.
• Made to measure, Custom Made & back orders may take about 12-15 working days to complete and shipped after all the details are confirmed.
• Please ask for manufacturing & delivery time for Custom Made Orders.
• FREE worldwide shipping is offered on all orders above $299.
• Delivery transit time may vary according to the delivery location, but generally, you can expect delivery within 3 to 10 working days.
• Please provide a contact number with your shipping address for the courier company.
• No handling charges & taxes or any hidden charges are included for all items.
• You may be asked to pay import duties or customs taxes in your country/territory; we have no control over it.
• In some countries, custom clearing takes longer than in others. This can cause a delay in delivery. We request you wait a few extra days if this situation occurs.
• If a shipment is rejected because of custom clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fee incurred in the process.
• The contents of your order and your delivery address will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
• Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes on any of our delivery services.
